Countries: South Africa Returns:

We accept returns for defective products only. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [iziahleather@gmail.com/0843490009].

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the defect. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be:

1. Processed and credited to your original method of payment.

2 The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is deemed defective by Iziah Leather Craft.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Important Notes: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and texture may occur. These are not considered defects. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents is not covered by this return policy. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
